Please read these terms carefully before booking your private transfer. They explain how reservations, payments, cancellations and our transport service operate.
Disneyland-ParisShuttle.com is the trade name of PRIVATE CAB TRANSFERT, a company registered in France under registration number 753 230 499 R.C.S Paris. Our main services include private transfers between Paris airports, Disneyland Paris, Paris city and selected excursion destinations in France.
By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms that they understand how our private transfer service operates.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate booking information, especially pickup time, pickup date, flight or train number, email address and telephone number. If incorrect information is provided, Disneyland Paris Shuttle cannot be held responsible for missed or delayed transfers.
Modifications may be requested by email or telephone up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. Changes requested less than 24 hours before pickup may only be handled by telephone and remain subject to driver and vehicle availability.
Cancellations must be requested by telephone or email and should include the booking reference number.
For airport arrivals, the driver will wait at the arrival exit with a name board. If you cannot locate the driver, please call us immediately.
For departures, the driver will usually arrive at your hotel, residence or pickup address around 3 hours before the scheduled flight time. For Beauvais Airport departures, customers should be ready around 4 hours before flight departure.
Disneyland Paris Shuttle is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, demonstrations, strikes, road closures, traffic jams or other events outside our control.
Customers may pay the full amount online or make an advance payment through our website. Reservations above 100 euros may require a 10 euro advance payment to confirm the transfer. Beauvais Airport transfers may also require a 10 euro advance payment online.
The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver in cash unless otherwise agreed.
If an arrival flight is delayed, our driver will wait up to 2 hours at no extra cost. If the delay exceeds 2 hours, we will do our best to reschedule a driver depending on availability.
If the flight is cancelled, refunds are not automatically granted. Rescheduling may be possible, but an additional cost may apply depending on the circumstances.
Customers may transport normal luggage suitable for the booked vehicle. Any additional or oversized luggage must be mentioned during the reservation process.
Baby seats and booster seats can be provided free of charge when requested at the time of booking.
The company may apply an additional charge of up to 10% for transfers taking place between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Any applicable charge will be confirmed with the reservation response.
